Exciting news for the Polimec community! Today marks the successful completion of the much-anticipated Token Generation Event (TGE), delivering step three of our Road-to-Launch!
TGE
The native Polimec token (PLMC) has been generated and is now allocated to holders, marking the beginning of the vesting period. During the vesting period, PLMC will unlock with every block produced until the respective predefined vesting period ends. Locked PLMC can be used for all other on-chain functionalities (staking, evaluation, participation, governance) during the vesting period.
As per our launch process, all tokens remain non-transferable until governance enables on-chain transfers via a governance vote.
What does this mean for you, the PLMC holder? It means anticipation; It means preparation!
Where Are Your PLMC?
Your PLMC await you in the participation wallet you used to participate in Polimec.
Access your PLMC by adding your seed to Polkadot Vault or add it directly to one of the following wallets:

- Subwallet: PLMC Integrated ✅
- Nova Wallet: PLMC Integrated ✅
- Talisman: PLMC Integrated ✅
- Sporran Wallet: Import your seed phrase to Polkadot Vault to access your PLMC.
